How is It Sourced?
The making begins with harvesting of fresh palm sap at the break of dawn. The collected sap is next transported to our artisanal facility where it is boiled in firewood, gradually transforming into a caramelized solution. Following this, the skilled workers patiently stir the sweet nectar by hand for hours to attain the perfect powder consistency. This procedure retains all the minerals and micronutrients present in the palm sap.
